LIZ KAULFUSS

I can’t wait to help your children discover new interests!  My name is Liz Kaulfuss, and I am a National Board Certified English teacher and Literacy Coach.  I have taught happily for the past 28 years, mostly in Wake County.  While my Bachelor’s Degree is in English, my Master’s degree is in Curriculum and Instruction, with a focus on Literacy. In today’s world, coding is the newest form of literacy, as most classes and even careers require technology integration.  My role at Code Zone will be to plan and support “unplugged” activities that will help students make connections between kinesthetic (movement) learning and coding skills.

I will engage your children and help launch their love for learning!  As a mom of six, I know you want the very best for your children.  Code literate kids will be able to engage critically and purposefully within the digital world.
