Payment

Full payment for all classes, camps, and tutoring is due upon registration. If you have financial need, please contact us at info@codezone.it to work out arrangements for a payment plan.

Cancellation

For camps, cancellations are allowed up until one week prior to the camp run date, with a full refund. Classes can be cancelled until 24 hours prior to the run date, with a full refund. Any cancellations after these deadlines can be credited to a future camp or class, but will no refunds will be issued.

Class size

All classes and camp offerings listed on the Code Zone event calendar are offered provisionally pending sufficient registrants for that specific offering (two students for a class, and four students for a camp). If a class does not reach the necessary number of students, it will be cancelled and tuition will be refunded.
